Frequently Asked Questions

Are your Consultations Free?

Copywriting consultations are always free. I’m happy to discuss the scope of your project at no cost. This will allow us to get to know each other and give me the opportunity to highlight the specific areas where I can help you reach your goals.

How much do your services cost?

Every copywriting project is different. After discussing your project I will promptly provide you a written proposal, highlighting project turn around and fees.

What do I need to provide you to get started?

Getting your project started on the right foot is important. Based on our initial discussion I will provide you a detailed written proposal highlighting the project turnaround and cost based on the scope of your project. Once we have mutually agreed on the written proposal I will provide you a written agreement that we will both sign. Please provide any background information and documentation pertaining to the project at this time.

What types of projects do you take on?

Check out the services page for a detailed explanation of my services. I specialize in online lead generation for mortgage lenders and can manage all aspects of your marketing efforts. I am a trained Direct Response copywriter that focuses on Pay-Per-Click and landing page optimization. My writing style is persuasive with a conversational tone which compels your visitors to take action by instilling trust and ultimately closing the loan.

What Cost-Per-Lead (CPL) have your customers been paying?

Cost-Per-Lead varies depending on the region and type of lead; however, I have mortgage refinance clients with CPLs as low as $18 per lead for good/excellent credit.

How long will it take you to complete my project?

Depending on the specifics of your project, turnaround times range from as little as 24 hours, to a few days or even weeks. During our initial discussion I will provide you an estimate of the time needed for completion. Your written proposal will include a concrete time to completion.

Will I be able to make copywriting edits?

Conversion copywriting is a work in progress. Anyone that tells you that they’ll “nail it on the first try” is just hubristic. Conversion optimization is data driven with analytics; with that being said your input and edits can be included in the process.

How are you different from other copywriters?

As a Direct Response copywriter with a background rooted in the mortgage industry I understand visitor intent and the pain points of American homeowners. Throw in data-driven analytics and you’ve got a recipe for generating leads and closing more loans.
